Change will be driven by our signature classes based on our core principles of Mind, Movement and Meet-up.

Mind

Explore the art and science of regenerative modalities like meditation, breathwork, yoga, taichi, qigong, stretching, and myofascial release therapy. Use this series to relax, destress, refocus, and find mental clarity for deeper creativity. (Zen: emphasizing the value of meditation and intuition rather than ritual worship or study of scriptures.)

 

“When in doubt, Zen it out.” #beizenregen (Workshop, 60 mins)

A Guided class experience covering meditation, breathwork, journaling, music therapy, and self-mastery techniques (E.g. CBT). Use of health advancement tech tools will be investigated. (Soma: a group therapy that explores the relationship between the body and emotions).

 

“You are yours to discover.” #beisomalab (Mental Health Class, 60 Mins)

Experience a Qigong practice paired with Stretching, followed by a guided Meditation Walk for a healthful Productivity boost. Use this as an afternoon pick-me-up to elevate the effectiveness of your meetings.

A therapeutic Shoulder-Spine-Hips restorative practice aimed at identifying areas of dysfunction, tension, and weakness caused by sitting and sedentary behaviors. To help mitigate, the class will aid with functional release through massage, mobility, and body activations. Use this as an employee appreciation activity to elevate the engagement quality of your meetings.

A Breathwork Practice paired with deep Core, followed by a Cognitive Behavioral Coaching session. This experience is meant to help participants integrate optimizing behaviors into everyday life in order to generate a structured foundation for goal achievement. Use this as an opportunity to teach work-life synergy to elevate the morale and mindset of your meetings.

Movement

An indoor/outdoor workout series that focuses on the fun in functional training. By using the environment, minimal equipment, and fellow participants, engage in movements that elevate the brain-body connection.

 

“Strength is not found in the body, but in the mind.” #beistrong (Workout Class, 60 mins)

A run club that’s all about connection, inclusion, and community. Rain or shine, the club is committed to you. A variety of predetermined routes that range from 3-6 miles will be provided in advance. Volunteer pacers will be provided. Pre-run warm up protocol, midway core training, and post-run mobility will all be included for a complete run experience. 

 

“Only those who risk going too far, can possibly find out how far one can go.” (Run Club, 60 Mins)

A therapeutic stretch class to release tightness, tension, and stress. Fascial stretching, PNF, Assisted Stretch, Tissue and Joint Mobility treatments to be covered.

 

“Stretch to support strength & stability.” #beistretch

A personal mastery workshop for working out then working in: Fitness activity then Wellness activity. Includes Facilitated Breakout sessions for community development. The Masterclass format is an opportunity to learn from masters in their field aiming to help others more deeply connect with their mind, body, spirit, and the world around them.

A boutique Ted Talks for innovation exchanging. 6 presenters share what’s in their heads with their hearts. Variable presentation styles ranging from movement to lecture to a guided experience. Facilitated networking sessions embedded within. An opportunity to cross-pollinate with a variety of like-minded professionals as a means to expand perspective.

 

(Networking, 2 Hrs)

A personal mastery workshop for working out then working in: Fitness activity then Wellness activity. Includes Facilitated Breakout sessions for community development. The Masterclass format is an opportunity to learn from masters in their field aiming to help others more deeply connect with their mind, body, spirit, and the world around them.

 

(Charity Event, 2 Hrs)

Based on Jeffeersonian Style dinners, conversation is moderated to maximize healthy conversation with healthy food and drink. Aim is to solution through the struggles face to face. The power of the 2 hour session starts with identifying a common issue, then solving for solutions through stories and skill-sharing from the group in a highly curated format.

A Note From Our Founders, Julian & Nathan Ho

 

As twin co-founders, we occupy a unique space in the world where we have learned to collaborate over differences and similarities. Through understanding each other, we learnt to tackle the diverse and complex nature of the human mind to offer a unique cross-disciplined approach based on our combined 20+ years of hands-in experience growing and advising a variety of companies.

The strategy behind cultivating community starts with thoughtfully curated events, what we call ‘connection experiences’.

These events are human-centric, focused on the growth and development of human interaction, with the self, and with others. To help people truly understand the science of connection, it starts with how we deliver connection. Then from the foundation of connection, we build community.

Community is what dictates an organization’s state of vitality and success. To achieve a healthy and thriving community, a company requires commitment to its collaborative culture, which BEI VITA aims to provide. We hope to build long-term collaboration with companies invested in true work-life harmony – raising the standard for organizational ‘betterment’.
